1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing superaceplus at superaceplus.app, creating an account, or using any game or service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of superaceplus regardless of how you access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means. The same Terms apply whether you are based in Manila, Quezon City, Cebu, Davao, or any other location in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility

To use superaceplus, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be located in the Philippines or be a Philippine resident accessing the platform legally.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming by any applicable law or regulation that applies to you personally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the platform.

superaceplus reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on superaceplus. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment details — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual may be closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine contact number. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can access live casino games and process withdrawals. To complete KYC, you will need to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or voter's ID. Documents must be current and clearly legible.

All financial transactions on superaceplus are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no currency conversion requirements for Philippine players. The platform does not accept cryptocurrency or credit card payments as deposit methods.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include:

• GCash (Philippine e-wallet)
• Maya (Philippine e-wallet)
• Philippine online and mobile banking
• Bank transfer via Philippine banks

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed through the selected payment channel. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider and may be subject to the provider's own transaction limits and schedules. superaceplus does not control third-party payment processing times.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing. superaceplus reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests.

Funds held in your superaceplus account balance are for gaming use on the platform only. Account balances are not interest-bearing and do not constitute a banking or investment product.

5 Game Rules

superaceplus offers several game categories including live casino, sports betting, online slots, eBingo, and online poker variants. Each category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the respective game or section before play begins. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet or wager.

All game outcomes are determined by chance or by the results of real sporting events. superaceplus does not manipulate outcomes in any game category. Live casino results are produced by physical dealing or spinning visible on the live stream. Slot outcomes are generated by certified random number generation systems. Sports betting results are settled according to official event results from recognised governing bodies.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellations are only possible in specific circumstances outlined within individual game rules.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

superaceplus may offer promotional bonuses, cashback arrangements, or other incentive programmes to registered players from time to time. Where such promotions are available, the specific terms — including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, validity periods, and withdrawal conditions — will be communicated clearly when the promotion is presented.

General platform access and the ability to deposit, play, and withdraw is not conditional on accepting any bonus offer. Players may choose to decline a bonus at the point of deposit if the option is available.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on superaceplus. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other game category to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating abusive, threatening, or harmful communications through any platform channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the superaceplus platform, software, or content.

superaceplus monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, the platform reserves the right to act without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

superaceplus may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• An account that has remained inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in the platform's dormancy policy.
• At the account holder's own request for self-exclusion under the platform's responsible gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method after standard security checks.

9 Responsible Gaming

Continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
